Join us for the First Wednesday Wine Tasting held each (first Wednesday) of the month. Six wines are sampled -- three whites and three reds -- along with hearty appetizers. The cost is $15 per person, which includes the wine, food, printed tasting notes, and special disounts on wines. Always a good time. This month we will be doing a horizontal tasting where we sample the same types of wines, but from different wineries. The whites will all be blends: --Sokol Blosser Evolution Blend --Kendall Jackson White Summation --Peter Lehmann Layers White Blend The reds will all be Carmeneres: --Calina Carmenere --Concha Y Toro Casillero del Diablo Carmenere --Mont Gras Reserve Carmenere The food is always delicious...AND always decided at the last minute.
