March 2, 2011 --Wednesday Wine Tasting

Join us for the First Wednesday Wine Tasting held each (first Wednesday) of the month. Six wines are sampled -- three whites and three reds -- along with hearty appetizers. The cost is $15 per person, which includes the wine, food, printed tasting notes, and special disounts on wines. Always a good time. This month we will be tasting wines from Washington State -- Two Ponds Chardonnay, Riesling, Merlot and Cabernet, and Snoqualmie Sauvignon Blanc and Syrah. Appetizers: Cheddar cheese apple loaf, White pimento cheese with crackers, Cucumber fruit salad, Spinach balls, and Warm sweet onion spread.
