We'll be hosting our regular Wednesday Wine Tasting this Wednesday, September 3rd at The City Wine Sellar. Our theme this month is Washington State wines, including: Snoqualmie Winery Naked Riesling (an organic wine) and Chenin Blanc; Columbia Crest's Horse Heaven Hills Chardonnay (in this month's Oprah Magazine as a best buy!), Cabernet, and Merlot; and Pine & Post Merlot. There you have it -- 3 whites and 3 reds, one of which is "naked" and another liked by Oprah; who could ask for more! Speaking of Oprah-worthy -- we will be having three guest pourers this month: Mary Grace Luton, Michael Mercer, and Pam Edwards. Plan on sipping your way silly down on the corner of Main & Water Streets from 6-7:30 pm. $10 per person; RSVP requested. Call 252-335-1163 for more info.
